Refund policy

Seven days, full refund.

If a pack does not help you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase and you get the full amount back. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

  1. Mail hello@thelexibond.com, or DM the word BOND on Instagram.
  2. Send the payment reference or the email address you paid with.

Refunds are approved within 2 working days. The money lands back on the same payment method, usually in 5 to 7 working days depending on your bank.

What is not covered

  • Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.
  • Duplicate payments claimed as a refund instead of a correction. Tell us and we fix the duplicate directly.
  • Batch licences and invoices already issued to a business with a GSTIN.

Chargebacks

Talk to us before raising a chargeback with your bank. A mail or a DM is faster for you and costs nobody a dispute fee.
